Step 1: Disassembling the Pool Table
Before transport, your pool table must be fully disassembled to ensure safety and prevent damage. Our team begins by carefully removing the rails, pockets, and felt, preserving each component for clean reinstallation later.
Step 2: Removing the Slate for Safe Transport
Most pool tables include a heavy slate top, either in one solid piece or a three-piece design. Each slate section is carefully removed and padded for protection, preventing cracks or chips during handling and transit.
Step 3: Protecting the Frame and Components
With the slate removed, we disassemble the wooden frame and wrap all components—legs, rails, and support beams—using thick blankets and protective materials. Everything is secured to avoid scratches, dents, or structural damage during the move.
Step 4: Reassembly and Precision Leveling
At your new location, we reassemble the pool table with precision. This includes reinstalling the frame, leveling and securing the slate, reapplying the felt, and reattaching the rails. Our team ensures the table is fully level and ready for play before we leave.
